It was so nice to visit with this wonderful family again. I had done photo's for them with there first little guy...and it was so nice to catch up and meet the newest addition. Such a nice way to spend a Sunday! Thanks for having me.

I've been waiting a long time to meet this little guy. I work with his mama at Bijou Salon. So it was exciting expecting his arrival...which I figured would be early, if not his due date. That came and went, and eleven days later he arrived. He was in no hurry, which seems to be in his laid back, chill nature. His furry, four legged brother was happy to welcome him to the 'pack' and they are all doing great. Much love to you all. ~Lisa.

I had the pleasure of capturing some family and maternity images for this sweet family. Marika and I go way back, when we randomly met each other in Vancouver, when we worked at the same hair salon. She is one of the sweetest humans I know, and it's been such an honor to be able to capture their journey as the family grows. So sweet to also capture their daughter at this precious age, as she is looking forward to becoming a big sister! ~xo Lisa.

Spring Family Session

I have to admit, I have not been taking the time to update my blog. At all. Social media takes over, and updating those accounts have been where I've been spending my time. So my apologies for letting this blog slide. A few weeks back, I met with this super sweet family, to do a extended family session. It was a gift for their mom, and what a sweet idea! Was a super sunny warm spring day, and was great to take advantage of the wonderful spring weather we have been having!

We got a snowy family session in just before Christmas. There is nothing like having all your immediate family home for the holidays. Especially when some have traveled back from Australia for a white Christmas! I joked that Jess and her family would be taking home "exotic" snowy beach pics. 2016 will be an exciting year with a new arrival as well! Wonderful to see you all again. xo Lisa.

Little Mr. E & Family

Last weekend I got to tour a magical private property, where little Mr. E showed me all of his Papa's recognizable artwork (think lakeside park statues). We roamed past lush ponds, came across statues and stood on rock bluffs adorned with moss. What a gorgeous backdrop....thank you for having me!
