Mexico Dreaming

It feels like it was a dream. It feels so long ago that we were drenched in sunshine, laying on the beach, listening to the waves crash into the shore. Laughing with friends, and making fun videos of our trip. My husband and I traveled to Bucerias, Mexico with our good friends to attend a commitment ceremony. It was an amazing time. Travel is such a big part of my life, and such a special adventure to share with wonderful friends. Here are some special moments from our travels 3 weeks ago. #paully2017 .Love you friends xo

Alex and Nadia {Engagement Session}

It was a blustery afternoon when I headed out the door to meet Alex and Nadia for their engagement session. Wind and lip gloss are never a good combination I thought. After a few texts with Nadia we agreed that it was worth going ahead. The wind did eventually simmer down, and we were able to get some beautiful autumn shots. The autumn Kootenay light is so pretty. It's always nice incorporating the furry family members into a session as well. Looking forward to shooting their wedding next September.

Michele & Rick {August 15th, 2015}

What a sweet day for Rick and Michele. The rain held off and they had a beautiful intimate ceremony in their backyard. Surrounded by the love of close family, friends and their two beloved dogs. We did photo's before the ceremony, and they had a nice creek side "first look" where they saw each other for the first time. I loved the touch of the bicycle tie, as they love mountain biking. Michele's blush dress, paired with beautiful florals were stunning. Such a fun day, with beautiful people. Thanks for having us! {Many thanks to Jacey Payton for shooting along side me}.

Gyro Park Engagement

Just over a week ago I met up with Brady and Megan to capture some engagement photos. It was a sunny day, and Gyro Park was a perfect sentimental location that they choose. Where Brady proposed.
